Stunning beach views and an impressive variety of delicious food, including smoked meat, made this trip memorable. However, the check-in process was frustrating—despite pre-arranging early check-in, we waited until 4 PM to get our room. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as I found it infested with mosquitoes, resulting in multiple bites on my young child. Improvements are necessary in service efficiency and room maintenance.
