All the amazing places to relax outside. The availability of food. And the complimentary mini bar was nice! I also liked the design of the whole place -- very fun!
The only place for free internet is in the lobby, and it's really loud and echo-Y. The same for the dining experience. It was loud and chaotic.

Fine beach views and an excellent variety of delicious food, including smoked meat. The check-in process was frustrating-despite pre-arranging early check-in, we waited until 4 PM to get our room. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as I found it infested with mosquitoes, resulting in multiple bites on my young child. Improvements are necessary in service efficiency and room maintenance.

Had an awesome time at this family resort with plenty of fun for the kids at the kids club and amazing pools. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the spa facilities too! The only hiccup was that some areas felt a bit outdated, but it didn't take away from our fantastic stay. 🌞

The complex is well laid out and facilities readily available. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The general area was always kept clean and tidy, but most of all is the incredible value for money that is the Kremlin Palace
This year the choice of food in the main restaurant seemed more suited to an East European palate to that of a West European and so I sometimes struggled to find meals I enjoyed

The resort was impressive with its vast grounds and friendly staff, though I found it crowded with many families. The food was decent but not excellent, and the air conditioning was a hassle. It was a relaxing experience despite some inconveniences.

The grandeur of the place is really appreciated. The clockwork precision which the team works with every day is also great.
Though the menu is so vast each day, a bit of variation would be appreciated, with maybe a theme cuisine each day like Greek, East European, etc.

nothing and realy the staff are so minimal and not caring at all......language is a disaster,,,,,i don t advise anyone to go to this resort...there are far more better resorts .in sharm el sheikh of egypt such as rotana club and so.....these are real resorts not our friends of wow,,,,,,wooooooooooooooow ,,,,also they charge booking com clients too much comparing with cheap package tourists of russian states,,,,who paid half of internet clients!!!!!!,,,,,no shuttle to airport and lieve you to rippers taxi drivers
1-price for intrnet clients are so expensive comparing with majority of package russian tours. 2-no managements at all and staff are horriblre and treating tourists like slaves!!!! 3- i tried to contact management but in vain.....they are in a holiday in other resorts. 3- i hope this complaints will reach management of wow company cause i had a good experience with thier hotels in istanbul.....but seems in antalya is different and due to lack of staff and managers so the image is so dark for clients.

Value for money
Room standards are below avg I would say 2.5 star max. I was there in November so I could not evaluate other facilities such as swimming pools or the beach. But generally I woul say if can manage to collect over three smiles from the hotel staff you should be eligible for a reward
